The Independent Builders Merchant Group (IBMG) has acquired Independent Roofing Supplies (IRS), expanding its specialist roofing division in the South East.
IRS provides a comprehensive range of products for both pitched and flat roofs from its three locations in Bexhill, Newhaven and Hove, now strengthening IBMG’s roofing division with further geographic expansion, product extension and a strong platform for further growth.
John Wond and Andy Mansfield will continue with the business as directors working with Danny Spokes, managing director for IBMG’s roofing division, to ensure IRS’s successful integration into the Group.
