Britain’s Best Cafe’s regional winners have now been announced. The voting has closed in the search to find Britain’s Best Cafe 2017 and 14 well-deserved regional winners are preparing to make their way to a celebratory lunch in London where the ultimate national winner will be crowned.
The national competition is said to be a recognition of how ‘everyday’ just some of the UK’s unsung heroes, our great British cafes, help the nation to get through their working day with their famous bacon butties, British breakfast or a tasty lunch.
With RCI as an official media supporter, the competition organised by SIG Roofing and supported by its 120+ branches nationwide, has seen a record 500+ cafes participating and tens of thousands of votes cast online and in the company’s branches.

SIG Roofing’s marketing manager, Janine Brady, said its customers have enthusiastically supported their favourite cafes throughout the competition: “They are among the most loyal users of Britain’s cafes, which is why we believe it’s important to promote local cafes and thank them for the great food and cheerful service they provide. The cafes, their staff and our customers have all had a lot of fun with this year’s competition and we’d like to wish all of the regional winners the very best of luck in London.”
