Toolstation has entered a lease agreement at Helix Trade Park, Wiltshire, strategically placing the builders’ merchant on the A303 trunk road and making it RO Real Estate’s first lease at the industrial park.
Commenting on the development, David Kershaw, group real estate director of the RO, commented: “It is very exciting that ahead of completion we are already welcoming our first tenant, Toolstation, to the industrial scheme.

“Toolstation’s choice of Helix is an affirmation of our decision to continue investing in the site. The RO continues to execute on our strategy of investing in, developing, modernising, and expanding assets, particularly where we see latent demand, and looking for new sites similar to Helix.”
