AWMS invests in team development

Alumasc Water Management Solutions (AWMS) says it has continued to invest in its team with the promotion of Martin Wood to national key account manager, Sophia Jelaca to area sales manager for the central region, and the appointment of Ben Harmar as area sales manager for the South East, South and East London.

Martin joined AWMS seven years ago as area sales manager for the central region. In his new role, Martin will look to expand and work closely with AWMS’ current ‘supply and fit’ contractor network. He will also work more closely with main contractors to secure work and increase sales through the ‘supply and fit’ customers.

Filling Martin’s previous role is Sophia, who joined AWMS in 2016 as account development manager for its Skyline and Rainwater brands. In her new role, Sophia will work closely with Skyline and Rainwater customers and with the account development managers in the team.

Ben Harmar joins Alumasc Rainwater and Skyline as area sales manager having previously worked with Professional Building Supplies as regional sales manager. Ben said: “I’m excited to be able to champion Alumasc’s range and be part of a fantastic team that’s focused on providing customers with a premium product and premium service.”
