Longworth has announced that it has recently taken on Aaron Hepworth in a new role as flat roofing manager.
The company says that, as a company that is traditionally an architectural roofing and cladding contractor with a specialism in traditional metals such as zinc and copper, the new appointment will mean that Longworth now has a specialist and dedicated flat roofing division that will allow it to tender for a much wider range of projects.
A key benefit of this new role for main contractors will be that Longworth can now take on more elements of the building envelope and reduce overall risk.
Mr Hepworth has over 10 years’ experience in the flat roofing industry, starting as a trainee roofer and later developing his own business and running marquee jobs in Manchester city centre and the wider region.
Longworth says he brings with him a wealth of experience to the role of flat roofing manager and fresh impetus to push into new markets for Longworth.
