WernerCo has hired Trevor Rabson as training manager to give specialised training and best-practice advice to customers and those working at height.
Bringing with him over 30 years’ construction industry B2B sales and training experience, Trevor is providing a wide range of on-site training to customers and end users across the industry, including ladder, tower and equipment inspections, advice and best practice while using WernerCo products.
The appointment comes as WernerCo invests £10 million in a new distribution facility in Burton-Upon-Trent to include a new training centre in addition to the current facilities in Maldon, offering tailored solutions to provide individual training packages to meet specific customer requirements.
Trevor said: “I’m excited to be joining the market leader of ladders and access equipment. I know the importance of educating customers and tradespeople on the safe and proper use of equipment and how vitally important this is when working at height. Many customers seek product advice and work at height knowledge from a reputable company, and our training has received nothing but positive feedback so far.”
